Our final capper is similar to our initial, but the mechanical components are more precise and accurate. We modified it to fit the caps that we molded. We have yet to incorporate the uncapping feature which is our next step. 
We were unable to prototype our capper in time, so we made a miniature model in order to fully visualize the components and get a better idea of how they work.</description>

Our final tray design allows the user to keep track of tubes. This tray still resembles trays that are currently found in labs, except ours has a piece of rubber in the middle. This then creates two heights that the tubes can be. A lower height means the tube has been used and the higher height means the tube is unused. On Friday 13th April, the mold of the modified caps was ready. We brought the mold to the lab in order to create our new caps. After a few unsuccessful attempts, we were finally able to get some good caps. After testing these new caps on the eppendorf tubes, we have realised that they don't fit perfectly, and will probably need some slight modifications in the future.
