03/27/2012 Meeting Minutes

Today Peter and Jenna went up to Tiger Party for a short meeting.

First on the agenda was discussing the timeline. Although roles have been changing, Rafael stressed the importance of getting back on track with the timeline. For Peter, Kinect to Computer, he is only about 5% done since he has yet to meet with Dale Short (scheduled for 1pm this Thursday). Wojciech, Computer to LEDs, he is about 50% because he is nearing completion on the attachment system. Jenna, who is testing resolution, is about 50% done as well and will be meeting with Ganesh this Friday to finish it up.

Jenna briefly discussed with Ganesh what she needs to finish in AutoCAD and photoshop to test the resolution, which Ganesh will help her finish up. Afterwards, she will either assist or join Peter to work on the Kinect. If he needs a lot of help with programming, she will do Kinect and Peter will work mainly on the proposal and scaling the designs to the three monetary values.

For next week, the group is supposed to update the Timeline, assign roles for parts of the proposal and create a plan of attack for finishing the the Kinect parts of the prototype.
