Discussed developing a notification system where notifications with random messages appear

1. Create message with notification
2. Create message with random notification (i.e. Hello/Goodbye)
3. Create message with random notification with no repeat (i.e. if first is Hello, next alert has to be Goodbye)
4. Create a Bin in which a selection of messages can be chosen
