Messaged the user “love-happyshopping” on ebay regarding more technical specs on the laser, specifically, the operational temperatures of the laser. This is the user's reply:

1.Sorry, we do not have digital copy of the manual for this item. You can see the description from the following link:

2.The performance of the laser have no request for temperature.

So we still do not have a precise goal of cooling 500W. The groups feels that the current setup of 2x(120.3) rads + 6 fans should be enough. It already has a second layer of safety (having 2 radiators rather than just 1).

I estimate that with 2 of these radiators with a 6-fan push-pull configuration each, we will have a temperature delta of around 4C between ambient air and avg water temperature. 'Still need to find out the safe and optimal operation temperatures for the laser'
