Discussed developing a notification system where notifications with random messages appear

===Project Outline:===

  - Create message with random notification (i.e. Hello/Goodbye)
  - Create message with random notification with no repeat (i.e. if first is Hello, next alert has to be Goodbye)
  - Create a **Bin** in which a selection of messages can be chosen
